The 6 games
Stake.com’s own row holds 6 games, and each is simple enough to learn in a minute:
- Plinko. A ball drops through rows of pegs and lands in a slot with a multiplier. You pick the number of rows and the risk level; higher risk spreads the multipliers further apart.
- Mines. A grid of tiles hides a number of mines you choose. Each safe tile raises the multiplier, and you can cash out at any point or lose the round on a mine.
- Dice. You pick a target number and bet the roll lands over or under it. The closer the target to the edge, the higher the payout and the lower the chance.
- Limbo. You set a target multiplier; the round draws a result, and you win if it reaches your target.
- Hilo. A card is shown and you bet whether the next is higher or lower, building a multiplier card by card.
- Crash. A multiplier climbs from 1× until it crashes at a random point. Cash out before the crash and you win at the multiplier reached.
How the fairness check works
A Stake.us article dated 13 September 2024 describes the scheme attached to Stake Original games, and it uses 3 inputs. The client seed is set by the platform, and the article says the player can and should change it. The server seed is also set by the platform and shown only as a SHA-256 hash, so the result cannot be read in advance; the real seed is revealed once the pair is rotated. The nonce rises by 1 with every round, so one pair of seeds can produce a long run of results.
After rotation, anyone can recompute a past round from the three inputs and confirm the result was fixed before they played. The scheme covers the originals; studio slots and live tables run on their providers’ own systems.
Why predictors and strategies fall short
Every round is set by seeds before you click, and the server seed stays hidden until afterwards. An app that claims to predict Mines or Crash cannot see that seed; the ones sold online are, at best, random guesses and, at worst, a way to take your login or your money.
Strategies change the shape of a session, not its expected result. A low Dice target wins often and pays little; a high one wins rarely and pays a lot; the house edge sits under both. The edge of each game is absent from every document we read, which is the figure that decides the long run.
Rakeback pays less on originals
Stake.us pays rakeback at 3.5% of the house edge on every amount played, and its rakeback article says most originals carry a very low edge. The result, in the operator’s own words, is that the same rakeback returns less on an original than on a third-party game. The ladder and the arithmetic are on Stake VIP levels and bonuses.

Shuffle is the closest copy: its in-house row reads Dice, Mines, Keno, Limbo, Plinko and Blackjack, under an Active Curaçao licence, with a house token on top.
